Please note there is no lighting in the field after sunset. Please bring torches and light up collars 

• When you arrive at the field, please keep your dogs in your vehicle until the person using the field has put their dog(s) safely into their vehicle.
• Keep your dog(s) on a lead until you enter our field. Do not allow your dogs to run around as other users of the field may have reactive dogs who do not want any other dogs approaching them.
• Do not enter the secure field if another user is in there.
• Bookings last for 25 and 55 minutes and you must leave the field on time and ensure your dogs are back in your vehicle before the next booking arrives. 
• Dogs must never be left alone in the field. 
• When entering and leaving the secure field, ensure you shut everything behind you securely. Do not leave anything open for the next user.
• Please note the field does not have lighting besides daylight. We keep the secure field open past sunset to allow those that need to exercise their dogs after working hours. We suggest placing light up collars on your pups and bringing torches with you. 
• There is a longline near the gate for the pups that are having so much fun they don’t want to leave! Please ensure this is wrapped up next to the gate, ready for the next user. 

• Please clean up after your dog(s).  Everyone must pick up their own dog's mess so please keep a close eye on them at all times. 
• Anyone found not to be cleaning up after their dog(s) will not be permitted to book the field again. This is to ensure we keep the field in a good condition and welcoming and nice space for all users. 
• We check the field regularly for any dog mess that has been left behind.

• Please take all of your litter home with you. 
• Please do not groom your dogs on-site.
• Please do not smoke or drink alcohol on-site.
• Do not leave toys, treats or food in the field or surrounds.
• Do not let your dogs dig in the field. Please inform us if you do find any holes.

• Owners use the field and play equipment at their own risk. 
• We accept no responsibility or liability for the injury or death of any person or dog using the field and equipment. 
• Dog owners must assess themselves whether their dog is healthy and fit enough to use the equipment and should never force a dog to use the equipment.
• We do not accept any responsibility for damage to any property and your car is parked at your own risk.

• Dogs must be up-to-date with their vaccinations and regularly treated for flea, ticks and worms to prevent spreading any diseases to other users.
• If your dog(s) has been unwell in the last 48 hours, please do not bring them to the dog field so that any illnesses are not passed on to other users. Please cancel or rearrange your booking.

Please see the update below from our insurance company. In short, to use the field you must comply with the following;

1. The dog is registered with the index of exempted dog (IED) and a copy of the life certificate is obtained and provided to us in the event of a claim.

2. A copy of the public liability insurance certificate for the dog is obtained and provided to us in the event of a claim.

3. The dog handler ratio is 1:1 with their handler at all times unless with other dogs from the same household

4. The dog is Neutered – in line with Government Rules

5. The dog is Micro Chipped

6. The field is private property with no public access passing through

7. The field is securely fenced so the dog cannot escape

8. The dog is kept on a lead and muzzled until the gate is shut when entering the field

9. The dog is put back on a lead and muzzled before opening the gate to leave the field

10. You can remove the lead and muzzle once inside the secured field

11. If the household has more than 1 dog, they can come to the field together as long as they have a minimum of 1 handler. All dogs leads and muzzles can be removed once in the field including the XL Bully. 

12. If there are dogs from different households, the banned breed will need to remain muzzled and on a lead at all time with a 1:1 handler

We are extremely happy that XL Bullies will still be able to visit us and use our facilities.

Please message us with any questions or to provide your PL insurance and IED certificate before booking the field. 

• Usage of the agility and play equipment is strictly for dogs only - please do not climb on the equipment or let children play on it. 
• Use of the equipment is at the owner's discretion. 
• Do not pick up your dog(s) and put them on the equipment and do not use it if it is slippy or wet. 
• Be sure to visit your vet to check your dog(s) is strong and healthy enough to use the play equipment.

• All dog walkers and trainers must have their own insurance in place to use the field with clients and/or clients' dog(s). 
• We do not permit any aversive training methods being used at our field.

• Every 3 metre square in the World has its own unique what3words address.

• There is space for 2 cars to park on-site on the gravel area in front of the secure field gate. Please do not park in front of any gates blocking exits from the farmyard. 
• There are however more parking spaces available off-site just a short walk away. Please message if you may need additional parking. 

• We require 24 hours notice of cancellation of your secure field booking.
•  Whilst we walk our dogs happily in all weathers, we understand some owners might not want to use the field if it is raining. However, our 24 hour cancellation policy still applies so please keep a close eye on the weather forecast in the days before your booking.
